the softest feather or the warmest brow
and be satisfied for that one moment that all is right with the world

the delicate rhythm of the harp as your beloved speaks
May you wallow in the aromas
of delectable food, wafting and lingering, for delight with each whiff
May you savor the taste
of every bite, every sip, as if it were a gift from heaven.
May your dreams unfold
and spread beautiful like the delicate wings of a gentle butterfly
